Privacy policy

Last updated: September 2026

Yavi Studio (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information when you submit a project inquiry or visit yavistudio.com.

Information we collect

When you complete our project inquiry questionnaire, we collect the details you provide—such as your name, email address, company, project description, budget range, and timeline preferences. We also record the submission date, inquiry reference number, source page, and technical metadata used for spam protection.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to review your project, respond to you, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.

Anonymous site analytics

We keep a first-party log of anonymous page views and a few interaction events (for example, opening or submitting the project inquiry). Each entry is only an event name, a path, and a timestamp. We do not use third-party analytics cookies, do not store personal details in these logs, and do not sell this data.

Storage and security

Inquiries are stored on our servers as private records. We apply access controls, HTTPS, and technical measures to protect them against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. We hash technical data used for spam protection so your IP address is not stored in the clear. We do not put your name, email, phone number, or project details in page URLs, analytics, or public error messages.

We keep inquiry records so we can reply and, if we work together, continue the project.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and to run the studio. If you want a record removed, email hello@yavistudio.com and we will delete it where we reasonably can.
